Yes. My virtual services work anywhere. We start with a live video call and a walkthrough of your space together, then I design your home remotely with the same depth I bring to in-person projects. Clients across Ontario, the US, and beyond have worked with me this way.
What if I don't love the design?
I revise at no extra charge until you genuinely do. My promise is not "satisfaction" — it is that you feel proud of your home. Every virtual and in-person client gets unlimited revisions until we're there. No timers, no charge for revisions.
How do I know which service to choose?
How hands-on you want to be, and how soon you want it done. If you have a clear question or one room you're stuck on, start with a $297 Direction Session — 60 minutes on a live call and we'll work through it together. If you want a complete designed room delivered virtually with renderings and a sourced shopping list, pick the Virtual Room Design. If you want it completely done for you — I come to your home, manage contractors, attend installations — that's in-person full service.
Why should I hire a designer instead of doing it myself?
Because most people who try to do it themselves spend more in mistakes than a designer would have cost. One wrong rug size. One sofa that doesn't fit. How long does a project take?
Direction Session: written plan delivered within 48 hours of our call. Virtual Room Design: 10 business days. Virtual Whole Home: 14 to 21 business days. In-Person: scoped to your specific project, with typical full home projects running 3 to 6 months end to end including implementation.
Will you work within my budget?
Yes. Every design I create respects the budget we agree on at the start. I give you two price points per category where relevant — invest and budget-conscious — so you can build the room incrementally if needed. My access to trade pricing often saves clients more than the cost of the design service itself.
